Passengers disembarking from the Caledonian-MacBrayne roll-on roll-off ferry Loch Nevis at the island of Rum on Scotland's west coast. The ferry sailed between the Hebridean islands of Rum, Muck, Eigg and Canna and Mallaig on Scotland's mainland. The islands were known as the Small Isles and were served by a state-owned lifeline ferry service.
