Its graceful, weeping habit, and its superlatively beautiful flowers, more freely borne than those of any other sort, make it the most valu- able of Fuchsias. It is always in bloom, often as many as 200 buds and blossoms on a plant at once. The branches droop most grace- fully, and the blossoms are fre- queiitly as large as tea cups. The buds for two weeks before ihey ex- pand are balls of glowing scarlet crimson. When expanded the enormous double flowers are al- most j)ure white, capped by a calyx of glowing scarlet. Strong plants,15c. each, 2 for 25c. PARROT'S FEATHER. A lovely mossy plant, with long trailing stems covered with plumy feathery foliage, of the freshest, love- liest ereen imaginable. Fine for aquariums, where few plants do well, and makes the water much more healthful for the fish. Grows nicely also in water tubs or ornamental pools, and is much admired when grown in hanging pots or baskets of soil. It grows as well in soil as in water, if it is kept well watered. It is one of the most charming trailing and drooping plants, and grows so rapidly that it can be cut with the greatest freedom.
