A skyline of nearby towers creates a silhouette image at sunset. The tallest is the steel structure of the pencil-thin 828 metres (2, ft) Burj Khalifa (Tower Khalifa) and nearby towers in downtown Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Burj Khalifa is the tallest in the world and opened in 2010. It has 160 live-in levels of which three are observation decks, Levels 124,125 and 148h are public access, giving wide-sweeping panoramic views. Actor Tom Cruise physically climbed the building for "Mission: Impossible film, Ghost Protocol”.
