Charles I Crown - Oxford Crown or Rawlins' crown - replica


This is a facsimile of the Rawlins' Crown, a crown minted in support of Charles I during the English Civil War when Charles Stuart was living in Oxford. The central text is a shortened version of "The religion of the Protestants, the laws of England and the liberty of Parliament".
