A recruit with Bravo Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, buddy drags another recruit during a combat conditioning exercise at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Jan. 30. Recruits conduct physical training on a daily basis to stay conditioned for the various events they encounter throughout training. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Bravo Company is scheduled to graduate April 5.
