Williams (DDG 95) render honors to the Laboe Naval Memorial as the ship departs Kiel, Germany. James E. Williams conducted a port visit to Kiel following exercise BALTOPS 2017, which is the premier annual maritime-focused exercise in the Baltic Region and one of the largest exercises in Northern Europe.
