The Castle Kruja museum curator provides a tour to Special Operations Command Europe commander Maj. Gen. David Tabor and a distinguished visitor party at Castle Kruja, Albania, March 10th, 2022. Special Operations Command Europe recently made the decision to locate a forward-based SOF headquarters, on a rotational basis, in Albania with the HQ being focused on SOF command and control of SOCEUR’s engagements in the region, coordination of Joint Combined Exchange Training engagements, and Civil Military Support Element engagement planning.
