Contingency Engineering Response Team (CERT) member Eric Cannon assesses damage Oct. 12 on Naval Support Activity Panama City after Hurricane Michael made landfall there causing devastating damage to the area. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southeast’s CERT provides emergency damage assessments to facilities and infrastructure, contingency contracting, natural disaster support and remote construction to Navy and Marine Corps installations.
