Cleaner shrimp on sea cucumber. Emperor shrimp (Periclimenes imperator, red/white) on a leopard sea cucumber (Bohadschia argus) partially buried in the sand. Cleaner shrimp clean parasites from other animals. In return, they gain protection from predators. Sea cucumbers are in vertebrate animals related to starfish.
