Steve Backshall, naturalist and Bafta Winning presenter, writer, best known for the 'Deadly 60' BBC television series joins a group of youth for Christian Aid at Global Strike For Climate in Victoria Tower Gardens near Houses of Parliament. Christian Aid is the official relief and development agency of 41 British and Irish churches working to stop poverty and provides disaster relief in developing countries. The event was organised by CAFOD, the Catholic Agency For Overseas Development. Placards bearing the slogan 'The Time Is Now' and 'Cut the Greed, not green' were carried by the group.
