Trees covered with snow seen over the Strbske Pleso Lake in Slovakia. High Tatra Mountains are a mountain range along the border of northern Slovakia in the Presov Region, and southern Poland in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The highest peak of the High Tatras is Gerlachovsky stit (Gerlachov Peak), at 2655 metres.
