Random House building New York City.
Building designed by Gary Haney of Owings and Merrill SOM and is home of Random House and luxury apartments. Has been sold several times since it was built, first to Blackstone and en to Macklowe Properties. This photo is from a four year project following the construction of a skyscraper. This resulted in a children's book for Random House called Skyscraper. Random House is owned by German conglomerate Bertelsmann. Building is a mixed use building, with a top half of luxury condominiums called the Park Imperial.
