Stomach ulcer. Gastroscope (endoscope) view of a gastric (peptic) ulcer (upper right) of a 94 year- old female. This is a retroflexed (bent backwards) view the stomach, the object at lower left is the tip of a gastrostomy feeding tube. The ulcer was caused by the tip rubbing on the stomach wall, when the patient was fed while sat upright.
