Col. Joseph D. Clark, commander, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, provides guidance, direction, and motivation to regimental leaders during the 11th ACR War Council held in the training city of Razish at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, Nov. 14, 2016. The purpose of the war council was to serve three purposes: develop a Regimental Vision Statement, identify key training events for the next two years, and to build esprit de corps from the troops through the regimental staff.
