Air Force Staff Sgt. Zachary Costa, a heavy equipment and constructions journeyman with the 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Pavements and Equipment Flight, smooths out wet concrete at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Feb. 21, 2017. Using a bull float tool, Costa brought the concrete “sludge” to the top, allowing for the concrete to have a smooth finish.
