It is said that the Sinnington country hasbeen hunted continuously for two centuries and ahalf, since the time of George Villiers, second Dukeof Buckingham, who was the first master. Thecountry, which is hill and vale with excellent ridingand scenting conditions, possesses an illustrious scrollof masters who have been houndmen. Between 1879and 1884, when a trencher-fed pack, the mastershipwas held by Mr Tom Parrington, the founder of theFoxhound Show, who had for huntsman the famousJack Parker. Mr R.
