Crew members setup a ramp to unload a AT&T mobile telecommunications tower from a C-5M Super Galaxy assigned to the 436th Airlift Wing, Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, Puerto Rico, Oct. 6, 2017.
