Air Force Maj. Gen. Steven Schaick, Chief of Chaplains, Department of the Air Force, presents a gift to the family of Lt. Col. Rachel David, former chaplain with the 88th Air Base Wing, during a memorial service at the Prairies Chapel on Jan. 19, 2021 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. David served in the United States Air Force for more than 30 years, most recently as the agency chief for the chapel at Barksdale AFB.
