Healways had his speed with him, and this is a character-istic of his sons, and to my mind one of great impor-tance to breeders. That Electioneer could have beaten2:20 if given a regular preparation is, with me, a con-viction about which no doubt exists. As a sire I believe him to be the greatest of all troirting sires.
