Sydney, AUSTRALIA - July 29, 2015: The new Ferrari 488 GTB was launched at Inglis Newmarket Stables in Sydney with the help of chief executive of Ferrari Australasia and Ferrari Japan Herbert Appleroth on July 29, 2015. The latest sports car from the Italian brand is powered by a twin-turbo V8 engine and can hit 100km/h in just seconds, only slightly slower than speeds reached by a Formula One race car. Ferrari reportedly has a backlog of more than 200 orders for the car, which goes on sale in Australia by the end of the year with a price tag of $469,888.
