An F/A-18C Hornet hurtles down the catapult to launch from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) as it operates in the Persian Gulf on Nov. 23, 2004. The Hornet is assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron 37. Truman's Carrier Strike Group 10 and embarked Carrier Air Wing 3 are deployed in support of the Global War on Terror.
