The best view for watchiing how ice from icebrg is falling is from the water. There are small private boats and also tours which can take people as close to glaceir as Tracy Arm Fjord can get by Stephens Passage, then in the end of fjord are twin Sawyer Glaciers - South and North Sawyer. During summer time when ice is getting melted need to be careful while big pices of ice with huge noise are falling to water. It is good place for watching bears, deers, wolves, harbor seals, and a variety of birds of Tracy Arm-Fords Terror Wilderness located in area of The Tongass National Forest
