The Cotham School In Bristol Wanted To Increase Pupil Numbers And Provide Transformational Teaching Spaces. This Was Achieved
The Cotham School In Bristol Wanted To Increase Pupil Numbers And Provide Transformational Teaching Spaces. This Was Achieved By Demolishing Buildings At The End Of Their Lifespan And Designing A New Building For Science, Humanities, Art, Pshe, And Modern Foreign Languages. The Design Improved The Use Of The School'S Outdoor Spaces; A Covered, External Circulation Spine Connects The New Building With The Existing Building, Which Simplifies Student Movement Across The Site And Provides A Range Of External Sports, Teaching And Social Facilities And Comfortable Informal Settings For Student Interaction.
