Wytham, Oxfordshire, UK - 23 April 2021, no people in view. Wytham Abbey is located about three miles from the city of Oxford, close to the River Thames. In Saxon times, it was the nunnery of Helenstow. Later, it was rebuilt in the reign of King Henry the Seventh by Sir Richard Harcourt, who became possessed of the manor of Wytham in 1480. It was then renovated and changed hands several times until the present day. Here we see a secluded door into the priory and stone wall.
