The monument commemorating the 'Market for Jews' Annotation: On November 3, 1941 the playground on the Gaaspstraat was commissioned by the German occupier a Market for Jews”. Only here they were allowed to buy and sell. Many of them were taken away from this place. Of the 17,000 Jewish residents, 13,000 were murdered. For them, Truus Menger made the Children's Monument.
