Soldiers from the Armed Forces of Djibouti (FAD) Bataillon d’intervention rapide (BIR) lead an Enemy Prisoner of War class while advisors from the Army Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB) observe on Feb. 9, 2021, in an undisclosed location in Djibouti. The SFAB is helping to organize, train and equip the newly formed BIR to better prepare them for future operations.
