President Wilson pictured reading his address at Washington's tomb in Mt. Vernon, Virginia. This photograph was taken on July 11, 1918, by Lt. H. P. Kingamore of the Signal Corps. It was then censored, released, and accepted by the Military Intelligence Bureau on July 12, 1918.
