The Navy Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 23 embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, prepares equipment with the Guatemalan Army Corps of Engineers for a roof being built at Escuela Rural Aldea Magueyes 1 in San Jose. NMCB 23 will complete minor structural, electrical and plumbing repairs to the school during a ten day HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012 (HSV-SPS 12) project.
