Chinese temple in Ang Sila, also known as Wihan Thep Sathit Phra Kitti Chaloem


Halfway between Bangkok and Pattaya on the eastern seaboard of Thailand is Ang Sila, alsthough a fishing village, it is known mostly for it’s stone masonry, with many shops selling pestle and mortars, etc. It has a fascinating Chinese Temple which is a popular tourist stop point. Known as Nha Ja Sa Tai Jue Shrine to worshippers of Chinese origin, or Wihan Thep Sathit Phra Kiti Chaloem to the Thai’s.
