Produces freely flowers of the largest sizeâ8 to 10 inches diameterâcup- shaped, quite double, of a beautiful glowing rosy-pink, borne on stout stems 10 inches above the water, leaves 18 to 24 inches across, of a glossy bronze red, much crumpled at the edge, giv- ing the plant a very orna- mental appearance. Awarded a silver medal by the Newport, R. I., Horticultural Society and honorable mention by the Massachusetts Horticultu- ral Society, at Boston, Sep- tember, 1905. $ each. Deaniana.
