SILVERDALE, Wash. (Aug. 22, 2022) – Navy Capt. Michael D. Eberlein, commanding officer, Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB), descends a crane’s ladder at Naval Base Kitsap’s Delta Pier during a gemba. Each week, TRFB leadership personnel visits a different production area of the facility for a first-hand look, which is referred to as a “gemba.”
