WiLMOT Scott, for many years secretary of the American Association of Nurserymen, died at his residence in Galena, 111., August 28, of paralysis, aged 60 years. Mr, Scott was boru in Chenango county, New York, and remained there until of full age, when he came west and siittled in Wisconsin, near Geneva Lake. After a year or two he went to Janesville, Wis., where he engage! in business for several years and in 1H52 removed to Galena, where he has since resideil up to the time of his death.
