They make handsome beds or lines, and their free, graceful habit and bright colors are very ,' effective when interspersed in the old-fashioned flower or shrubbery border. They stand well when cut, and a vase of one or mixed colors is indeed charming. Double Stock-flowered. The finest variety with splendid spikes iif beautiful double flowers. 1\ to 3 feet. (See cut.)
