Head crimson ; 3rd joint of palpi and antennas black-brown ;. thorax and abdomen black-brown tinged with metallic blue; fore coxse white in front. Fore wing black-brown, with oblique waved postmedial narrow crimson band from below costa to just above tornus. Hind wing shot with brilliant blue; a terminal crimson band with dentate inner edge.
