Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans, LA January 27, 2006 - Contractor Ian Burgess shows a New Orleans evacuee how to operate the propane tanks on his FEMA trailer at the newly-opened St Roch Trailer Park in the city's Ninth Ward. FEMA expect to fill the 92 trailers in the new park with evacuees from many Louisiana Parishes within a week.
