ATLANTIC OCEAN (June 1, 2018) -- Chief Engineman Robert Fuller, from Roper, North Carolina, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) reactor department, receives his certificate of honorable discharge from Lt. Cmdr. Winston Langham, at his reenlistment ceremony on Ford's flight deck.
