The towpath of Mayenne is a path constructed along the river Mayenne (department of Mayenne). This path stretches 85 km between the towns of Mayenne, north of the department, and Daon, in the far south of the department. By taking this route (by foot or by bike), one may admire: green and hilly shores of the river and the many locks and dams managed throughout the stream. This path is now a major tourist attractions of the department of Mayenne.
