Under the arc is located along the underside of the strip an oval cartouche, flanked by pointed leaves and crowned by a V-shaped leaf with a loose flower above. The motifs are connected by a fine Maas soil, a Mechelen soil. The motifs are made in linen stroke with few recesses and with shiny and thicker contour wires

Dish-shaped ornamental flour has been used in the cartouches and flower hearts. Upper and bottom of the strip are straight finished, the underside with picots.
