Maj. Gen. Tim Orr, Adjutant General of the Iowa National Guard, attends a solemn session of the Kosovo Parliament in Pristina, Kosovo, on Feb. 18. The solemn session was held in honor of Kosovo’s 10th anniversary of independence and was attended by several representatives from the United States, including Assistant Security for International Security Affairs Robert Story Karem, New York Congressman Eliot Engel and Embassy in Pristina staff.
