As Mr. Wilhites matrimonialfortnne is already made, he makesno secret of the fact that his eyesfirst opened on the scenes of Boonecounty, August (5, 1SH(). When one year old, he foresluKlowed his present excellent judg-ment in l)usiness matters by taking up his residence in Salisbury. After completing in a very creditable manner the course of thepublic schools here, he spent two years, 1882-:^, in William JewelCollege. After leaving college he was a telegraph operator for two years,and was connected with the post-office for four years.
