Military and civilian members of the 114th Signal Battalion meet at the Francis Scott Key Post 11 American Legion to participate in a table top exercise to re-fight the battle of Antietam, Fredericks, Md., Nov. 16, 2015. The table top exercise follows a staff ride conducted previously on the battlefield of Antietam.
