At the cornerof the Via della Sanita and the Piazza Griuseppina is the CivicoMuseo Revoltella (PI. 10; B, 5), built in 1859 by Hitzing, con-taining good modern pictures by Triestine and other artists andalso a few sculptures, all bequeathed to the town by Baron Revol-tella (adm. on week-days, 9-2).
