Army paratroopers assigned to the 725th Brigade Support Battalion (Airborne), 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 11th Airborne Division, “Arctic Angels,” depart Malemute Drop Zone after completing airborne training at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Nov. 4, 2022. The 2/11 IBCT (A) is the only airborne infantry brigade combat team in the Arctic and Pacific theaters, providing the combatant commander with the unique capability to project an expeditionary force by air.
