Phillip Leonard, Ramstein Area Chief’s Group lead, lay a wreath during the RACG and German-American and International Women's Club's Kindergraves Memorial Service in Kaiserslautern, Germany, May 20, 2017. The Kindergraves are the final resting place for 452 American children who died at or shortly after birth from 1952 to 1971. The memorial ceremony also included an invocation, candle lighting, and a blessing of the graves.
