170912-N-UU859-117 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sept. 11, 2017) Aerographer's Mate 3rd Class Jessica Bishop signs a log that travels with a National Ensign that was raised at Ground Zero during a 9/11 observance in the fo'c'sle of the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). The National Ensign was raised at Ground Zero after the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and is now passed along to a different military command on the anniversary each year.
