Proboscis fully developed ; palpi upturned to vertex of head, the 3i"d joint moderate and obtuse ; antennas bipectinate ; tibias with the spurs rather long ; abdomen with some rough hair on dorsum at base. Fore wing with vein 3 from near angle of cell ; 4, 5 from angle ; 6 from upper angle ; 7, 8, 9, 10 stalked, 11 from cell.
