Ryuzou Tamura, 339 Battery commander, 8th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Group Nov. 7, 2016, at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan. The bi-lateral command post was used to share a common operational picture of the sky as they practiced new tactics, techniques and procedures.
