When more than one exhibitor joins in the same space there shall be an additional charge of .$2(> for each additional exhibitor. 27. The board of directors will make such further rules as it may deem necessary for the proper conduct of the exhibition. 28. All adjustments not coveied by rules or published action of the board of directors shall be referred to that board. 20.
