Mersey Gateway Construction Project, forming the final part of the bridge crossing completing the gaps between North and South approach roads and link

Mersey Gateway Construction Project, forming the final part of the bridge crossing completing the gaps between North and South approach roads and linking the road sections between each pylon. The bridge is being constructed by pouring concrete into a travelling mould similar to 3D printing. While North and South approach roads are being constructed, three pylons were being constructed in the river. Road decks were formed on each side of pylons by pouring concrete into a travelling mould ( a former) This image shows the process of bridging the gaps.
