A German turnover flintlock rifle, circa 1780 Vertical barrels, octagonal breech section, then round after cut girdles, smooth bore in 14 mm with brass front sight. Smooth flintlock, in the trigger guard lever for the unlocking of the turnover mechanism. Carved, two-piece walnut stock with smooth brass furniture, the side plate decorated with openwork figures and flowers. Brass ramrod on one side.
